PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Major programs are assigned a Program Manager who serves as the lead customer interface and has overall responsibility for the design engineering and fidelity, configuration management, production schedule and cost performance.
ENGINEERING
Integrated can provide value-added mechanical and electrical engineering to enhance value in the detailed design and development process.
COMPLIANT WELDING
Integrated is an AWS compliant welding fabricator with the capability to produce high tolerance weldments in steel and aluminum using both GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG) processes to AWS D1.1, AWS D1.2, AWS D17.1 specifications. Our current welding staff have been producing high quality weldments for years.
PRECISION MACHINING
Integrated employs the latest in CAD/CAM machining for a variety of applications including CNC turning, milling, laser cutting, brake forming and router cutting.
ASSEMBLY
In addition to providing conforming parts to our clients, Integrated is capable of assembling and delivering finished products.
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
Resources and planning for procurement and production are executed through an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This system also provides complete inventory control, tracking and job costing functions.
